Protection for your carwash, and the employees.

As the world of private equity and entrepreneurship builds car washes at a dizzying pace, they're also racking up the unnecessary labor hours and exposing their employees to heavy-duty chemicals.. All in efforts to maintain their investment in the equipment.. It's a sticky situation, where workers are knee-deep in suds and acidic cleaning solutions, all while trying to keep the operation running smoothly. But alas, we are here. With a solution that cuts down on labor hours, keeps your wash looking new, and minimizes chemical exposure to your employees. With our industrial ceramic coating approach, you can keep your car wash empire flourishing without sacrificing the health and safety of your team.. and the equipment!

Who's to blame?

You want to keep your equipment looking new like it did when it was first installed, but at what cost? I bet you can still remember the day when the semi dropped off the tunnel equipment, the smell of the freshly cut concrete, the porta john next to the road.. and even the next day when the install crew were starting to uncrate and assemble what would be your first wash. You could practically feel your wallet getting thicker looking at that shiny new tunnel machinery that would wash your entire town.. so after a few weeks, when you first started to see the build up accumulating on the feet of the arches, you jumped right into action. You found the nearest source of an acidic solution, diluted it to the ratio you saw fit, and that night you stayed until midnight making sure each arch was cleaned back to brand new again.. And then you thought, I need to teach my employees to have this same care for the equipment, we need a maintenance schedule to clean every single night and you're going to train them to use the same magical dilution you did to keep it all looking as good as new. Oh yea and you're also going to make sure they clean it off with the same dwell time you did. Oh yea and they are also going to do it just as good as you and never going to mess it up, or else!!

The answer..

The truth is, we are all to blame. Years of the good ol' boy strategy of cleaning tunnels has resulted in an uneducated approach in how to properly maintain the aluminum and stainless steel that are exposed in the harsh environments of the carwash industry. So we use some form of cleaner or acid solution to knock down the heavier build-up. It does the job, cuts through the grime and gives us that clean slate we were looking for, but there's a problem with that.. When we over dilute, its not effective.. when we under dilute, we have a solution that is "too hot" or too acidic. Resulting in a compromise of the surfaces substrate, and opening pores that were never meant to be opened. Now our surface is even more vulnerable to the wash environment, and we all know that come morning time those cars are still coming for their wash! So what is the answer? Better training? Better cleaners? Or what if, we protected the surface from the beginning. What if we gave it a sacrificial layer that could withstand the negligence of those chemicals?  What if we used an industrial grade ceramic coating to make it harder for the dirt, grime, and tire shine to ever bond to, while at the same time making it easier to clean off? At the same time, we can keep your employees from constantly having to handle those harsh cleaners!
