Industrial Ceramic Coating Applications
More than a buzz.
There’s something powerful about certain words—some carry a weight that immediately commands attention and sets a tone. Take the word “Industrial.” It instantly evokes images of steel beams, smokestacks, and PPE stretching to the horizon. It signals seriousness, strength, and scale.
But let’s be honest—“industrial” has become a bit of a buzzword. These days, everyone seems to be an industrial company “servicing the big dogs.” The CEO, CFO, and CCO have all united to “industrialize the industry with their industriality.”
Still, here we are—cutting through the noise—not just to say we’re part of the industry, but to show you how to protect the critical equipment inside of any industry with solutions built to last.

Well oiled machine
This image shows an asphalt machine we were called in to coat and protect. When I first spoke with the owner, I asked him a simple question: “What problem are you trying to solve with this process?”
His answer was direct: “The auger on this thing clogs up too often. Next thing you know, I’ve got six guys standing around watching one guy try to clean it out just so they can keep moving.”
The wasted labor hours alone could probably cover a few payments on that machine. And this isn’t unique to asphalt equipment—it’s a common issue across all types of industrial machinery exposed to heavy use and harsh environments.
Downtime drains corporate budgets while adding unnecessary overtime costs. It’s inefficient, costly, and completely avoidable with the right protection in place.

$100k fade..
Anyone who’s been around heavy equipment long enough has seen it happen—brand new machines slowly start to fade. Sure, you expect a few dings and scratches. After all, that equipment is out in the field making money. But these days, what really sets a company apart?
Is it flashy online ads? A local event sponsorship? Maybe. But when it comes to serious work, most people don’t think about marketing gimmicks—they look at the gear.
Personally, I notice the equipment. Clean, well-maintained machines send a message. Not because they have to be spotless—but because someone chose to take care of them. When the logo on that tri-axle still pops, or the paint on that off-road dump truck shines even after a long day in the dirt, it says something: they care.
And when someone cares that much about their equipment, they’ll treat your job the same way. They’re not going to let a $100,000 skid steer fade out without a fight.
That’s exactly what an industrial ceramic coating offers—protection that resists fading, repels dirt, and makes cleanup quicker and easier. It keeps your fleet looking sharp and your operators proud to run it—because presentation matters, and pride in your tools reflects pride in your work.
